Fake Microsoft Scams

Every now and then, I'm getting these popups that have absurd URLs and have a text to speech robot saying something along the lines of:
"Alert, your computer has been infected by a virus, call this number to fix it."
Along with that it claims to be from Microsoft. I have saved a screenshot of something similar, any help is appreciated.

0Hi Dylan, such pop-ups can be caused by malicious advertisements that could be present in the websites that you visit. Alternatively such scam pop-ups could be triggered by adware that is present on your PC. To check if your computer is infected with adware follow this guide - https://www.pcrisk.com/removal-guides/11319-access-to-your-computer-has-been-restricted-scam
