Im trying to remove bubble dock I guess it hasn't Completely installed because I can only find it on the control panel. I have windows 8 and I use Google chrome. It's not attached to the extensions on chrome and I even looked in other browsers I don't use. The only place I can find it is on the control panel and everytime I try to Uninstall it tells me im about to download and if I press finish then im agreeing to install it. does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi Desmond, if you can't remove Bubble Dock adware using Control Panel you could try using third party tools to assist you in this task. (Before using these tools you might want to check if you have logged on your operating system as administrator). You could try using:
CCleaner
Download, install and run CCleaner. After launching the program select "Tools". In the uninstall programs list select the program you want to uninstall and click the "Run Uninstaller" button.
Revo Uninstaller
Download, install and run Revo Uninstaller. After launching the program select the program you want to uninstall from the list and click on the "uninstall" button.
IObit uninstaller
Download, install and run IObit Uninstaller. After launching the program select the program you want to uninstall from the list and click on the "uninstall" button.
PS. At time of testing I was able to uninstall Bubble Dock using Revo Uninstaller. Notice that usually this adware installs together with other unwanted applications - there's a good chance your PC is infected with other PUPs, I would recommend scanning your computer with Malwarebytes Antimalware and SpyHunter.
