hi Tomas this is Tony again.. u told me to run a disk check wich I did.. I took the laptop to a specialist to see if the hardware is ok and evrything is fine.. but the comp is still slow, the hard seems to be working all the time and it bloks a lot. I ran spyhunter and mallwarebytes and defragmentation to clean it up.. the lap is about 2-3 years old and it was running very good when I bouht it.. someone told me that its masively virused which is my opinion too but I dont know what to do.. should I replace the hard if its not damaged? or how can I make it run like when it was new?

0Hi Tony, previously you told me that you have reinstalled your operating system (Windows) - this eliminates all the viruses/malware from your computer. If your computer runs slowly with the new installation of Windows that's a clear indication of a hardware problem. Are you sure you have properly formatted and installed Windows on your computer?
PS. If your HDD is not damaged and it doesn't have any bad sectors there is no need changing it.
