TVWizard won't uninstall!

Hi,
A program called TV Wizard managed to install on my Windows 7 laptop. 64bit.
I have uninstalled it from Control Panel, and from Google Chrome Extensions, but it's still there! Every time I click anything on the screen , even just a drop down box, I get forced into a new tab with an advert and my AdBlocker software isn't helping at all. Every page I visit is plagued with ad boxes that never used to be there, I've scanned my PC with AVG and Spybot Search & Destroy and none of them can find anything.
I'm going insane. I can't restore this PC as there's too much on it and I don't trust System Restore because of a past experience of data loss. Any ideas???

Hi A Sodermark, last time I checked it was enough to uninstall TV Wizard adware using Control Panel to eliminate the unwanted ads in Internet browsers. In some cases this adware was "supported" by other potentially unwanted programs so you should check your Control Panel and uninstall all suspicious programs. After double checking your Control Panel scan your computer with Malwarebytes Antimalware and Spyhunter, bother of these programs are capable of detecting and removing TV Wizard adware (and other PUPs created by "Small Island Development").
