Hi Artur, notice that RR Savings adware can be hiding under different names in Control Panel (also in Internet browsers). For example in Internet Explorer it can be named "2rs3" or other random letters and numbers... Be sure to double check your Control Panel and Internet Explorer extensions to be sure you have removed any suspicious applications and add-ons. Notice that RR Savings ads can be caused by other adware, in some cases these ads can be implemented in browser add-ons that previously didn't cause any problems. Try disabling all plugins in Internet Explorer and see if the advertisements problem continues.
