SmarterPower File Removal...

I have disabled the extension of SmarterPower, removed his troy and cookies, and reset Google Chrome in the settings, however i have tired online solutions to removing the files and nothing seems to work. I am running my security (trend micro maximum security) at a full computer scan, nothing is appearing bu the files remain? I have tried to manually delete them. How else can i remove it?

0Hi Sarah, try scanning your computer with MalwareBytes Antimalware and AdwCleaner (https://toolslib.net/downloads/viewdownload/1-adwcleaner/) - both of these programs are quite good at detecting adware from SuperWeb family. They should detect and remove the remaining files of SmarterPower.
