I received an email today from a self claimed hacker group saying they hacked into my cloud storage. I am pretty sure this is a scam, but I still wanted to ask if I should be concerned about this or not.

Yes, your assumptions are 100% accurate - this is a perfect example of a phishing/scam email. Crooks merely attempt to extract money from unsuspecting recipients by sending such deceptive emails to hundreds of thousands of email addresses. You have nothing to worry about.
