If I'm not mistaken, this ransomware uses RSA-2048 cryptography, which is an asymmetric encryption algorithm that generates a public (encryption) and private (decryption) keys. Now the problem is that ransomware developers encrypt victims' files and hide decryption keys in remote servers with an intention of blackmailing - victims are encouraged to pay ransoms in exchange for the key. Unfortunately, RSA-2048 is a rather complex algorithm and, at least at this very moment, cracking its encryption is impossible. In other words, you cannot restore data without the private key. Since it is not stored locally (on the infected device, in this case - your computer), there's nothing you can do. The only possible solution is to restore everything from a backup.
