Ransomeware attack

Before Attack my zip file name as>> ''00009-INDIAN FILLING POINT(29-Nov-2017 200138).zip''

And after attack it changed to>> ''00009-INDIAN FILLING POINT(29-Nov-2017 200138).zip.id-74AC70FA.[btc2018@qq.com].java''

please help

    Thanks for your valuable support but upper solution for encrypted file was not working.
    can you help me how to decrypt the file. or i'll send you file for decryption on your mail id?????
