Hi Madel, if you use a Microsoft account (email address is displayed above where you enter your password to login) you should use this online form - https://account.live.com/password/reset to reset your password - (the computer that you want to reset a password for has to be connected to the Internet). If you use a local account (no email is displayed above where you enter your password to login) it gets more complicated.
