i have cloudscout pop up adds opening up on every webpage, anybody have a malware or virus software that can remove this, i have had AVG try and fix to no avail

Hi Peter, first off all try uninstalling the CloudScout application using Control Panel - last time I checked it was named "CloudScout Parental Control". After uninstalling the app scan your computer with Malwarebytes Antimalware, SpyHunter (https://www.pcrisk.com/top-spyware-removers) or AdwCleaner (https://toolslib.net/downloads/viewdownload/1-adwcleaner/). All of the mentioned programs are capable of detecting and removing CloudScout adware.
