Hi Hans, MPC Cleaner is a potentially unwanted program - to remove it I would recommend scanning your computer with Malwarebytes Antimalware, Spyhunter (https://www.pcrisk.com/top-spyware-removers) and AdwCleaner (https://toolslib.net/downloads/viewdownload/1-adwcleaner/). All of the mentioned programs are great at detecting and removing browser hijackers and PUPS.

As for CTB-Locker there are no tools capable of decrypting the files compromised by this ransomware. To remove it you can use HitMan Pro (http://www.surfright.nl/en/products/) or Malwarebytes Anti-ransomware (https://forums.malwarebytes.org/topic/177751-introducing-malwarebytes-anti-ransomware-beta/).
