Hi Jessica, if you are having problems while trying to uninstall "Search Protect" by Client Connect Ltd you should try using Revo Uninstaller - I have tried this program and it successfully uninstalls (when regular Control Panel and CCleaner sometimes fails) this adware. Try using this program to uninstall Shopping Helper. After successfully uninstalling these PUPs scan your computer with Malwarebytes Antimalware and Spyhunter, bother of these programs are capable of detecting and eliminating the adware that infiltrated your PC.
