Who can help me?

My company’s server was encrypted with this ransomware [decryptoperator@qq.com].

I wrote him the mail decryptoperator@qq.com that was listed on my server.

He demanded $ 6,000 from me. I have a small company and this amount is very large for me. When I collected the full amount and paid him $ 6,000, he replied that the amount increased because a lot of time has passed. He did not unlock my server and now requires me another $ 3000.

Tell me who knows how to return my files that were on the server? I really need them. I do not believe this ransomware. I think that if I pay him another $ 3000 he will not return the files to me and will require even more money

    Hello Jones,

I am sorry to hear about your losses, but there's not much you can do. Your data has been compromised by a variant of Dharma - a high-end ransomware infection. Unfortunately, restoring data from backup (if there is one created) is probably the only possible solution. You should, however, still try RakhniDecryptor developed by Kaspersky. It is capable of cracking encryptions performed by certain Dharma's variants. However, the chances are very slim.

File encryption performed by such high-end ransomware infections is impossible to crack. That is of course if the encryption has been performed flawlessly. The decryption requires a unique key generated individually for each victim. The problem is that cyber criminals often ignore victims once the payments are submitted. In fact, it is very likely that these persons do not even have the generated keys, as none of them are being saved. They simply trick victims into paying and give nothing in return. I strongly suggest to ignore all encouragements to submit additional payments. There's little to none chance that the person behind this will help you restore data and all the money will probably go to waste.
