Hi Albraiki, it seems that your computers were infected with GRYPHON ransomware (originating from BTCWare ransomware family). Unfortunately it's not uncommon to hear that cyber criminals either doesn't send the decrypter or sends a buggy one for the victims that have paid the ransom. At this time I am not aware of any free decryption tools that could help you out. Ideally you should restore your compromised data from a back-up. Have you already payed the ransom?
