Hi Andy, if you can't remove Com Notification adware using Control Panel you could try using third party tools to assist you in this task. (Before using these tools you might want to check if you have logged on your operating system as administrator). You could try using:

CCleaner
Download, install and run CCleaner. After launching the program select "Tools". In the uninstall programs list select the program you want to uninstall and click the "Run Uninstaller" button.

Revo Uninstaller
Download, install and run Revo Uninstaller. After launching the program select the program you want to uninstall from the list and click on the "uninstall" button.

IObit uninstaller
Download, install and run IObit Uninstaller. After launching the program select the program you want to uninstall from the list and click on the "uninstall" button.


PS. Notice that usually this adware like Com Notification installs together with other unwanted applications - there's a good chance your PC is infected with other PUPs, I would recommend scanning your computer with Malwarebytes Antimalware and SpyHunter (https://www.pcrisk.com/top-spyware-removers).
