I am one of those idiots who took the bait and installed Media Play Air + on my computer because I received a message that I needed to update my media player in order to view news content and I believed it. Anyway, there were a lot of programs that installed on my computer simultaneously and I was able to remove them all from my Control Panel with one exception. I cannot remove Media Play Air + (publisher "enter") from my control panel, and every time I remove it from my Firefox extensions, it is there again when I restart my computer. How do I remove this annoying adware from my computer once and for all? Even my IT guy doesn't know how to remove it. Thanks!

Hi Shelly, if you can't remove Media Play Air + adware using Control Panel you could try using third party tools to assist you in this task:
CCleaner
Download, install and run CCleaner. After launching the program select "Tools". In the uninstall programs list select the program you want to uninstall and click the "Run Uninstaller" button.
Revo Uninstaller
Download, install and run Revo Uninstaller. After launching the program select the program you want to uninstall from the list and click on the "uninstall" button.
IObit uninstaller
Download, install and run IObit Uninstaller. After launching the program select the program you want to uninstall from the list and click on the "uninstall" button.
You should also scan your computer with Malwarebytes Antimalware and Spyhunter. I have checked and these programs detect Media Play Air + and are capable of removing it. https://www.pcrisk.com/top-spyware-removers
