Can't get rid of Offers4U

Hi,
I've followed your instructions to clear offers for you from Chrome and it's still there. There are no extensions installed other than the ones I've always used and I know to be safe. I've reset the browser and I've downloaded an used Spy Hunter, which just crashes every time I try to run it. I'm on Windows 10. I'd be really grateful for any help. Thanks

Hi Kate, I could suggest disabling all Chrome extensions, even the ones you think are safe - I have seen many cases when legitimate and popular add-ons are updated with offers4u ads. Developers of such add-ons need to monetize their free extensions and some of them choose offers4u network as a solution. Having in mind you have already tried SpyHunter, you can also try scanning your computer with AdwCleaner (https://toolslib.net/downloads/viewdownload/1-adwcleaner/) and ZhpCleaner (http://www.nicolascoolman.fr/download/zhpcleaner-2/), both of these programs are good at detecting and eliminating adware.
