My computer, Windows 7 OS, has been infected by "astro arcade". I have followed all of the instructions at your site (and others) for removal of the software including reset of my browsers and uninstallation from control panel. In addition I have run "spybot" adware software to try to clear leftovers in the registry. So far nothing works, I am still getting the ads in all of my browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome). Suggestions?

0Hi Ken, try scanning your computer with Malwarebytes Antimalware or Spyhunter. Both of these programs are capable of detecting and removing Astro Arcade adware. You can also try AdwCleaner https://toolslib.net/downloads/viewdownload/1-adwcleaner/
PS. At time of testing it was enough uninstalling Astro Arcade from Control Panel. You must be dealing with some updated variant of Astro Arcade adware.References:
