Hello,

My name is Viki Maxx and I’m an official authorized representative of ninjaloader software.

Surfing through the internet I encountered with a webpage regarding my company’s software which quoted our software as an unwanted program. I was quite shocked by that. You can see this webpage following this link: https://www.pcrisk.com/removal-guides/8531-ninjaloader-ads

I’ve been writing to you several times (through the form on your website, to your e-mail) but haven’t received any answer.

Writing here, on your web forum, I want to assure you once again that this software is 100% safe to use on any computer system. It doesn’t cause any security issues on a computer and doesn’t represent any threat at all. Our site has been listed by McAfee secure as a certified site (https://www.mcafeesecure.com/verify?host=ninjaloader.com) as well as by Norton Symantec. Also, you can view a report compiled by VirusTotal service https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/479a26b1875dd2771ef7206dea465954ec4c65838ad4e687f611039797eaa710/analysis/1424356458/

What NinjaLoader really does is making downloading of video files from source like youtube in a fast, easy and comfortable way. The whole nature of the software is completely open to a user. Even technology of the monetizing isn’t a secret. Any user can find all necessary information on our official website and in the text of user agreement.

Because of all mentioned above, I kindly ask you to determine our software as a virus free and safe to download and install program. It's a good and useful software, and we spent lots of time and resources in order to develop it. Please, delete the webpage from your website.

Thank you.

Kind regards,
Viki Maxx

Hi Viki, the reason why there's an article explaining how to remove NinjaLoader is the fact that your company distributes this software using a deceptive software marketing method called bundling - in some cases users install this software without their consent. It's great that none of antivirus products detect NinjaLoader as adware/malware, however the fact that your company bundles it with fake flash/java/media player updates makes it a potentially unwanted program.

PS. I hope you are aware that downloading videos from YouTube is illegal - "You shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Content for any other purposes without the prior written consent of YouTube or the respective licensors of the Content."
